Our property in Tamworth requires an experienced business professional to take the property to the next level.  Your skills in business development will be important together with your experience and ability to manage and motivate your team. As the General Manager, your responsibility is to manage the asset which includes a 61 room motel, restaurant and function space. The ideal candidate will have the necessary experience and understand the key drivers of the business to achieve successful outcomes. Ample support will be provided by a company committed to investing in marketing through both internal and external professional resources. 

Whilst you are the leader of your on-site team, you will also be part of the management team, meeting weekly by video to banter with your counterparts (at the other six motels) receiving and giving encouragement and most importantly having a laugh or two. 

You will work closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement revenue, marketing, team culture and guest delivery strategies throughout the fiscal year.  You will be joining a dynamic, growing company with a clear vision and a supportive non autocratic culture.
